OPTIMAL ACOUSTICS

Soundproofing and acoustics are important aspects of presentations, especially in noisy environments such as exhibitions. Our products are designed for optimal acoustics and sound absorption. For example, several dome tents can be placed next to each other, without sound transmission between these rooms and the different groups are not bothered by each other.

FAST INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING

Our modular meeting rooms can be installed and dismantled very quickly. With our team we can flexibly scale up and down, so we can also install and dismantle multiple rooms in no time. The big advantage of this is that you often do not have to rent a location for as long, or that a hall at an event can have multiple functions. For example, one day part can hold workshops, and the other day part a plenary session. At lunchtime, the spaces can be installed or dismantled.

SAVE MONEY & TIME

Because of the quick dismantling and building up, it is often possible to rent an event location for a shorter period of time, by needing fewer set up and dismantling days. It is also possible for us to take care of the build-up or breakdown at night. For event locations, this means that they can free up their location more quickly for other events.

Inflatable meeting areas have a major advantage here compared to creating areas with, for example, wood or other sheet material.

The environment where the presentation is held determines to a large extent how the message comes across. Why are corporate events often held in beautiful external locations? To get away from the normal office setting, and create more openness and interaction with the audience. What presentations do you often remember? These are often also the presentations given in a special room.

THE RIGHT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

A good presentation is supported with the right technical equipment, such as video and sound. Provide adequate sound reinforcement, and possibly a mobile microphone to hear questions from the audience.

Different colors of lighting each have a different effect on the state of mind. Some colors of light are also more difficult to apply, such as yellow light, where reading text on paper becomes difficult.

THE RIGHT CLIMATE

The right climate and supply of fresh air is also important. Adequate ventilation and any heating or air conditioning is therefore very important. You do not want to hold your presentation in a room where people have been sitting all day, and where the oxygen has more or less disappeared completely.
