The Office Pod, a compact dome structure, is great for temporary presentation or workshop spaces, convenient for your conference or event.
With a seating capacity of up to 8 people, including space for such things as a table and AV facilities, the Office Pod offers a practical solution for quickly dividing a space into one or more smaller rooms.
These separated areas provide privacy and promote good acoustics, contributing to a professional environment.

All about the
Office Pod
The Office Pod is a compact, inflatable workshop space that serves perfectly as a temporary subspace for small meetings of up to 8 people (seated). It is also suitable for individual meetings, such as job interviews or client meetings where privacy is paramount.
Because of its good acoustics, it is possible to place several Office Pods next to each other, for example in a room where several small meetings take place simultaneously. The entrance to the Office Pod can be flexibly adjusted in width, and closed completely if desired, to ensure optimal privacy.

- Workshop space
- Presentation space
- Product presentations

The entrance to the Office Pod can be either widened or narrowed, while also closing completely for optimal privacy.
The Office Pod can be illuminated in any color using our LED modules. These LED modules can be placed both inside and outside the Office Pod.
There are also several ways for branding the Office Pod.
- Placing banners or TVs in and around the Office Pod.
- Hanging banners or posters (there are loops all around both inside and outside the Office Pod at 200cm height).
- Projecting content by projection technique.
- By LED giving the Office Pod a certain color, representing a certain theme.
The Office Pod can be installed and disassembled very quickly by our team. This offers several unique advantages:
- Within a day, give a hall multiple functions, for example, by converting a plenary session to workshop sessions during lunch.
- Fewer build-up days and tear-down days required.
- Possibly installation and disassembly at night.
Thanks to the round and curved design of the Office Pod and due to the different insulating layers of air, this structure has optimal acoustics and sound insulation.
This also allows multiple Office Pods to be placed side by side without noise transmission between groups.
The small fan system is also fully insulated, so it is not audible and can also be placed out of sight.
- Installation of the Office Pod requires a normal 230V power connection.
- All our domes and structures meet the requirements for fire safety according to DIN 4102 - B1 standard and M1 standard, among others. The certificate is available on request.
