QUICK INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY
Our domes can be assembled and disassembled at lightning speed. With our flexible team we can switch quickly, allowing us to install and dismantle multiple domes in a short period of time. This offers the advantage that the rented location is often needed for a shorter period of time, or that an event hall can fulfill various functions. For example, holding workshops during one part of the day and hosting a plenary session in the other part of the day. Dome tents can be erected or dismantled during lunch.
SAVING MONEY AND TIME
With efficient set-up and take-down, it is possible to save costs on event venue rental, with fewer days required for set-up and take-down. We also offer the option of overnight set-up or take-down. Event venues benefit by having their space available sooner for other events.

One of the advantages of our domes and other inflatable structures is that they can be installed and dismantled very quickly. For example, it is possible to build up an event in the morning, so you don't have to rent the venue a day before. It would also be possible to convert an event from plenary, for example, to several sub-sessions in domes during the lunch break.
This has great advantages for event venues as well, with shorter space requirements and more efficient use of rentable halls.
We understand that you like to stay flexible with your dome reservations for as long as possible, so you can keep your order moving with the needs of the event. Fortunately, we have ample stocks of each type of dome, so this is usually not a problem either. An adjustment a few days before the event is then still possible.
Of course, there are always the standard busy event weeks, where we would like to have final reservations as early as possible, though.
We focus entirely on the dome structures and the LED lighting, which allows the structures to be highlighted in a desired color. We do not provide the AV and any other furnishings such as chairs and stages. This is usually taken care of by specialized companies.
Various applications exist for domes. Domes can be used to create temporary spaces. In these spaces, for example, presentations or workshops can be given. Domes can also be used for product launches, or they can be used as a unique exhibition stand.

QuickSpace supplies its domes and structures basically worldwide. Our focus is on Europe, but we can also be found in the USA, for example.
To install our domes we basically only need a 230v power connection at the place where the dome will be placed. In preparation for the event, our technical team will contact you to discuss the setup and floor plan and answer any further questions.
An (inflatable) dome is a structure that takes on a particular shape by means of air currents. Normally, a dome denotes a domed structure, but the term is often used more broadly to refer to structures of other shapes, such as square or rectangular structures.
A dome is typically used to create a space in which certain activities can take place. Domes come in a variety of sizes. Large domes are used, for example, to host indoor sports games. Smaller domes are used, for example, to hold presentations or workshops.

We work exclusively with rentals. This is because our customers usually want to remain completely flexible, and have a completely different need for dome structures at one event than at the next. Because of this, it does not pay to purchase, maintain and store domes somewhere in between.
Some of our models can be fitted with glass doors. This gives the structure improved soundproofing and also contributes to a fancier appearance of the structure.
