The Office, an oval dome structure, is an excellent choice for temporary (enclosed) presentation rooms or workshop spaces, ideal for your conference or event.
With a seating capacity of up to 28 people in a theater arrangement, including space for speaker and AV facilities, the Office offers an effective and original method of quickly and efficiently dividing a large space into one or more smaller rooms.
These separated areas ensure good privacy and optimal acoustics, contributing to a professional and pleasant environment.

Office
Offer your event a unique presentation or workshop space with the Inflatable Office. This popular and versatile workshop space is ideal as a temporary (enclosed) presentation, workshop, meeting or office space, suitable for your conference or event. The Office can accommodate up to 28 people in a theater seating arrangement.
By using Inflatable Offices, you can quickly and originally divide a large space into several smaller rooms, which not only offer plenty of privacy but also have good acoustics. The open top provides good ventilation, while the high and curved walls ensure optimal privacy and acoustics at the same time. The versatility of the Inflatable Office is further accentuated by the fact that it can also be placed around obstacles, such as pillars in a building.

The entrance to the Office can be either widened or narrowed, while also being completely closed for optimal privacy.
The Office can be illuminated in any color by means of our LED modules. These LED modules can be placed both inside and outside the Office.
There are also several ways for branding the Office.
- Placing banners or TVs in and around the Office.
- Hanging banners or posters (there are loops all around both inside and outside the Office at 200cm height).
- Projecting content by projection technique.
- By LED giving the Office a certain color, representing a certain theme.
The Office can be installed and disassembled very quickly by our team. This offers a number of unique advantages:
- Within a day, give a hall multiple functions, for example, by converting a plenary session to workshop sessions during lunch.
- Fewer build-up days and tear-down days required.
- Possibly installation and disassembly at night.
Thanks to the oval and curved design of the Office and due to the different insulating air layers, this structure has optimal acoustics and sound insulation.
This also allows multiple Offices to be placed side by side without noise transmission between groups.
The small fan system is also fully insulated, so it is not audible and can also be placed out of sight.
- Installation of the Office requires a normal 230V power connection.
- All our domes and structures meet the requirements for fire safety according to DIN 4102 - B1 standard and M1 standard, among others. The certificate is available on request.
