Domes are unique inflatable spaces that can be used at events and conferences, for example to create temporary workshop or presentation areas. These spaces can be installed and disassembled very quickly.
Our inflatable domes are specially designed to provide optimal acoustics, so that the sound remains well within the dome. In this way, multiple domes can be placed side by side within a room. The innovative fan system we developed is inaudible, so you can enjoy or domes in full silence and privacy.
The use of inflatable domes offers numerous possibilities at events and conferences. Below we explain a number of those possibilities.
Our inflatable domes are often used to create workshop spaces at conferences or events. Event locations do not always have (sufficient) space for workshops. Our domes are ideal for creating these workshop spaces. Because they can easily be placed anywhere, you can place the workshop spaces close to the event, so your customers do not have to walk a long distance.
Do you want to hold a presentation, where a lot of privacy and good acoustics are desired? Then domes offer a good solution. The closed rooms offer excellent privacy, and because of the design of the domes the acoustics are optimal. With a TV, beamer and (small) sound amplification for example, you can make your presentation setting complete.
With inflatable domes it is easy to quickly divide a large hall into several smaller sub-spaces. With our team we can do this in just a few hours! In this way it is possible to give a large hall on 1 event day multiple functions, such as a plenary part and a workshop part.
Inflatable domes have a unique, inspiring and innovative design. With LED they can also be illuminated in a variety of colors, which gives a tremendous atmosphere. In this way, inflatable domes can be used to decorate an event in an innovative way.

QuickSpace offers both closed domes and open domes (Panorama domes). Although they offer largely the same benefits, there are some differences.
In many cases, event venues require that there are no closed structures inside their venue because then their sprinkler system (which is on the ceiling) cannot do its job properly. In this case, a closed dome is not an option.
A choice between closed or open domes is often made based on aesthetic preference. The closed domes have a greater height (5m or 6m) and are therefore real eye-catchers at events. Closed domes also have a very special spatial look on the inside.
If workshops are held in a dome for long periods of time, ventilation is very important. With open inflatable domes, ventilation is of course optimal. Our closed domes have a hole (40cm) in the top that allows hot air to escape and fresh air to enter from below. However, the open dome does have an advantage here.
The premise is that both types have optimal acoustics. The open Domes have high inward curving walls that cause sound to fall back inside.
The acoustics of the closed domes are slightly more optimal because sound going upwards is also reflected.
With closed domes it is not possible to use direct lighting from the ceiling, which is possible with open domes. For closed domes, the alternative is to use lighting inside the dome. Indirect lighting from the ceiling can of course be used.
Sometimes it is necessary to heat the interior of the dome. Of course you do not want to have to heat an entire hall if you are only going to use a few domes in this hall. In that case it is advisable to use the closed domes, which can be used to heat the dome from the inside with a small hot air heater.
